Reservation and Cancellation Policies
Reservation Policies:
- All rates based on single or double occupancy including taxes and full breakfast.
- 20% additional for extra persons
- 10% discount for 7 nights or more
- 20% discount for 5 rooms or more & 3 night minimum
- We do not have facilities for children younger than 14 years old. Reservation requests that include children below age 14 will be denied.
- 20% deposit/guarantee charge
Cancellation Policies:
- Cancellations made for reservations during high season must be made 15 days or more before the date of the reservation.
- Cancellations made for reservations during low season must be made 5 days or more before the date of the reservation.
- Cancellations for groups require 30 days or more notice.
- All cancellations will incur a minimum charge of 20% of deposit funds.
- Cancellations made after advance time required as indicated above will not receive any refund of deposit funds.
